  • Create a comparative statement on product specifications and processing of Vendors to help clients in negotiating process
  • Provide comparative statements with preliminary budgets
  • Provide Vendor Contract documentation formats for review to CLIENT to facilitate integration of the general conditions of Contract and Project Objectives of CLIENT
  • Short list and create capability reports of Vendors for consideration including preferred Vendor proposed by CLIENT.
  • Complete drawings, specifications, and documents incorporating approved design development concept.
  • Coordinate changes, if any, to CLIENT phased “standard plan drawings and specifications throughout entire Construction Documents and Owner’s review.
  • CLIENT to certify in writing that Construction Documents are correct and complete in accordance with review requirements. Create preliminary Tender
  • Participate in site meetings and all co-ordination meeting with all Vendors and consultants
  • Carry out Quality assurance checks and maintain site – Change Management report
  • Ensure timely completion of the Project
  • Ensure completion of Job to Quality expectations, Cost outlay of the Project


For each and every project irrespective of scale or cost, there is a direct involvement from the Directors. The Directors have a combined experience of over 45 years in the field of interior design.The experience in concept development, design development, conflict resolution, change management and detailing is brought to the fore in our projects.

Our exposure to working with international design firms from the early part of our career has resulted in superior drawing standards comparable to international practices.Our Tender drawings are 90% GFC drawings; hence there is accuracy in the Bill of Materials. All elevations and details of each and every room are detailed out including co-ordination of all services.


We spend a great amount of time and resources in detailing. All junctions of surfaces and materials are planned and detailed out prior to the GFC drawing stage.Our product is ideas. They start abstract and then they are given clarity and form. The focus is to control and ensure the brief and the function is not deviated from. The focus is also to make sure this form is relevant.
