For this buildout, the design of the office has been aimed to appeal and inspire the employees to feel self-sufficient and motivated. Some design elements that have been used to bring this concept out are featured “green” walls, eccentric and quirky graphics, 3d wallpapers that replaces conventional painted walls to provoke cognitive thoughts. The walls are also embellished with motivational quotes intended to inspire the employees to perform better, finish tasks within deadlines and achieve their targets and goals.
