The clientele was very young but different crowd given the location and setting. They are Young professionals. Fundamentals remained the same, but minor details like materials, patterns and textures were tweaked to provide the right feel. Opportunity with double height and space where cold storage was hung from the ceiling. This was refurbished by converting this space into seating. Shared bar and entrance with adjacent property and bar.
